Our menu is created with love by Michelin-trained, multi-award winning chef Neil Witney. We’re obsessed with quality and freshness and we hope you enjoy what we have to offer. Sustainability is one of our core principles and we expect the same from our suppliers.
We source products that are both ethically produced and sustainable. Our fresh fish suppliers hold MSC and Chain of Custody Certification ensuring our fish is traceable from the boat to your back door.

One for the purists. A nigiri is sushi at its simplest and most traditional. A delicious piece of raw fish sitting atop perfectly cooked and flavoured sushi rice and not much else. What more do you need?
We offer traditional sushi nigiri with tuna, salmon, ebi and Hamachi and then a range of new style nigiri where chef Neil gets creative using various flavour combinations and a blow torch or two…
As the name suggests, in this part of our menu, we offer a large section of rolled sushi, or maki. Here, we take the freshest fish and vegetables and roll them up in deliciously flavoured sushi rice surrounded by thin nori (seaweed) and cut them into round, bite-size pieces.
We offer traditional makis such as cucumber, salmon and tuna and some with a twist such as out spicy tuna and salmon with some wasabi peas for extra punch and crunch. Also in this section of our menu, you will find our poke bowls.
These are the jewel in our sushi crown and it’s here that chef Neil really let’s rip with his creativity in flavour combinations and garnish. Some sushi purists may object but we think they are delicious, and this style of sushi is increasingly popular in Japan.
Fancy some crunch? Try the crunchy chilli crab Ura Maki. Like some punch? Then how about a Dragon Roll with chilli mayo and wasabi? And if you’re feeling indulgent, check out the Truffle Pig which is flavoured with truffle oil and grated black truffle.

All our set boxes come with a deliciously fresh selection of nigiri, maki, premium rolls and edamame so you can enjoy a selection of our choicest sushi from different sections of our menu.
One for the purists and the health-conscious! Sashimi is thinly sliced raw fish served without rice so nothing but rich protein, healthy fats, essential minerals and vitamins.
You can see why it’s so popular.
We offer a wide range of sashimi dishes from simple tuna, salmon and hamachi to more intricate options like seared salmon with furka seasoning and citrus ponzu and even a Hamachi with avocado and grated black truffle if you feel like pushing the boat out.
While sushi and sashimi make up the bulk of our menu, chef Neil is equally talented when it comes to other pan-Asian dishes and this range of dishes comes cold so you can heat up at home when you like (instructions provided).
We change this part of the menu regularly, but you will regularly find Thai specialities like Phad Thai and Red Curry, delicious fillets of fish and much more.
We’ve created a range of dishes to accompany your sushi or heat at home feasts using the freshest ingredients and inspired by various pan-Asian flavours.
Our ever-popular bao buns with tempura tiger prawns, mushroom, sticky chilli Korean pork and more go with pretty much anything and chef Neil’s baby back pork ribs are a delight. That’s not to mention gyoza, shishito peppers, edamame and much more.
We offer a limited range of sweet treats to finish off your meal. The current hero is the triple chocolate brownie for those with a sweet tooth. We will change and add to our sweet dishes according to the season.
We like to keep our menu fresh so each quarter, we will launch our Chef’s Development Menu. This is a range of new, experimental dishes that we offer at a 15% discount while we trial them. New flavours, new ingredients, seasonal and all delicious. At the end of each quarter, we will bring the most popular dishes into our main menu, replacing less popular dishes, and will launch a new development menu.
We have a wide range of vegetarian options from sushi rolls such as our Super Greens and Japanese Tomago Ura Makis and House Pickles Hoso Maki; to heat at home curries; to sharers and sides like our delicious rice balls and tofu bao buns…not to mention our delicious desserts. We will keep adding this as we develop new dishes and we are always open to ideas!

Sorry to force a pop up on you before you order our deliciously fresh food but please take a moment to read this to make ordering as smooth as possible. And please note that all orders must be made at least 12 hours before your preferred collection/delivery time. You can order up to 14 days in advance.

We have a wide range of collection points including farm shops, restaurants, refrigerated lockers, and sushi vans, often operating on different days of the week. Please ensure you choose your preferred location, date, and time.
Orders for Delivery
We offer a delivery service within a radius of our kitchen in Liphook. Just search by postcode and see if we deliver. We offer a 60-minute delivery window as all our food is delivered cold and rural delivery logistics are complicated! If you need a more specific time, please note this on your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
