Our menu is created with love by Michelin-trained, multi-award winning chef Neil Witney. We’re obsessed with quality and freshness and we hope you enjoy what we have to offer. Sustainability is one of our core principles and we expect the same from our suppliers.
Here we provide an overview of our menu so you can get a flavour (bad pun, we know) of what we offer. All our food is prepared freshly each day as close as possible to the time of your collection or delivery. We are constantly updating and improving what we offer so we hope you enjoy it.
One for the purists. A nigiri is sushi at its simplest and most traditional. A delicious piece of raw fish sitting atop perfectly cooked and flavoured sushi rice and not much else. What more do you need?
We offer traditional sushi nigiri with tuna, salmon, ebi and Hamachi and then a range of new style nigiri where chef Neil gets creative using various flavour combinations and a blow torch or two…
As the name suggests, in this part of our menu, we offer a large section of rolled sushi, or futomaki. Here, we take the freshest fish and vegetables and roll them up in deliciously flavoured sushi rice surrounded by thin nori (seaweed) and cut them into round, bite-size pieces.
We offer traditional makis such as cucumber, salmon and tuna and some with a twist such as out spicy tuna and salmon with some wasabi peas for extra punch and crunch. Also in this section of our menu, you will find our poke bowls.
These are the jewel in our sushi crown and it’s here that chef Neil really lets rip with his creativity in flavour combinations and garnish. Some sushi purists may object but we think they are delicious, and this style of sushi is increasingly popular in Japan.
Fancy some crunch? Try the crunchy chilli crab Ura Maki. Like some punch? Then how about a Dragon Roll with chilli mayo and wasabi? And if you’re feeling indulgent, check out the Truffle Pig which is flavoured with truffle oil and grated black truffle.
Can’t decide what you want to eat? Let us do the thinking for you by ordering one of our set boxes which we offer for two, four or six people. All our set boxes come with a deliciously fresh selection of nigiri, maki, and premium rolls so you can enjoy a selection of our choicest sushi from different sections of our menu.
We also offer set boxes specifically designed for kids, or those with dietary requirements such as vegan or gluten free.
One for the purists and the health-conscious! Sashimi is thinly sliced raw fish served without rice so nothing but rich protein, healthy fats, essential minerals and vitamins.

We offer a wide range of sashimi dishes from simple tuna, salmon and hamachi to more intricate options like scalded tuna with truffle powder or sake cured salmon with caviar if you feel like pushing the boat out.
While sushi and sashimi make up the bulk of our menu, chef Neil is equally talented when it comes to other pan-Asian dishes and this range of dishes comes cold so you can heat up at home when you like (instructions provided).
We change this part of the menu regularly, but you will regularly find Thai specialities like Phad Thai and Red Curry, delicious fillets of fish and much more.
We’ve created a range of dishes to accompany your sushi or heat at home feasts using the freshest ingredients and inspired by various pan-Asian flavours.
Our ever-popular bao buns go with pretty much anything and chef Neil’s baby back pork ribs are a delight. That’s not to mention gyoza, shishito peppers, edamame and much more.
We offer a limited range of sweet treats to finish off your meal. The current hero is the triple chocolate mochi cookie for those with a sweet tooth. We will change and add to our sweet dishes according to the season.
We’ve launched our own range of cocktails, Little Sip! Asian-inspired, premium cocktails specially blended by a world-renowned mixologist. Cherry Blossom Negroni, Chilli Margarita, Yuzu Lemonade (alcohol free), Umeshi Spritz and Ginger and Lychee Spritz…more to come too!

We have a wide range of vegetarian options from sushi rolls such as our Super Greens and Japanese Tomago Ura Makis and House Pickles Hoso Maki; to heat at home curries; to sharers and sides like our delicious rice balls and tofu bao buns…not to mention our delicious desserts. We will keep adding this as we develop new dishes and we are always open to ideas!
