How can I earn points?
Shop and earn points easily. Find more in the "Ways to Earn" section.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the “Ways to Redeem” section to redeem your points for rewards. You can also redeem at checkout.
Where can I see my points balance?
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted in a box on the top of the page. You can also navigate to your dedicated rewards page to view your points balance.
Do my points expire?
Points do not expire.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
I forgot to use my points at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
