How can I earn Sushicoin?
Shop and earn Sushicoin easily. Find more in the "Ways to Earn" section.
How do I redeem my Sushicoin?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the “Ways to Redeem” section to redeem your Sushicoin for rewards. You can also redeem at checkout.
Where can I see my Sushicoin balance?
First, log in to your account! Your Sushicoin balance will be highlighted in a box on the top of the page. You can also navigate to your dedicated rewards page to view your Sushicoin balance.
Do my Sushicoin expire?
Sushicoin do not expire.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
What happens to my Sushicoin if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the Sushicoin you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
I forgot to use my Sushicoin at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately Sushicoin cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
How does the tier system work?
You move up tiers based on how much you spend in a 12-month period from becoming a member. Once you achieve a tier, you are there for good!
Can I stack discounts?
Yes you can! You will receive £5 off for every 500 Sushicoin and you can stack them together to get a bigger discount.
