TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility

• This giveaway is open to residents of the following counties in the United Kingdom: Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Dorset, Hertfordshire, Wiltshire, West Sussex, Oxfordshire, East Sussex, Weybridge, and Buckinghamshire.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of Little Fish are not eligible to participate.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Entry Requirements

• To enter, participants must tag three (3) friends in the comments section of the official giveaway post on littlefishsushiinthesticks's Instagram page.
• Entrants must follow littlefishsushiinthesticks on Instagram.
• Multiple entries per person is permitted. 
• Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM BST on July 14, 2025.

Prize

• The prize consists of one (1) sushi selection box for four (4) people, one (1) bottle of wine, and four (4) sides.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives
• Little Fish reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.

Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced on littlefishsushiinthesticks's Instagram page or Stories within 24 hours after the giveaway closes.
• The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
• The winner must provide a valid delivery address within the eligible counties listed above.

Delivery

• The prize will be delivered to the winner’s provided address within the eligible counties.
• Delivery can be arranged up to one (1) month, after the winner confirms their address.
• Little Fish is not responsible for delays in delivery due to external factors.

General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Little Fish reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms, tampers with the entry process, or engages in fraudulent activity.
• The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom.
• Little Fish is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to Instagram platform errors, that may affect entry submission or participation.

Data Protection

• Personal information provided by entrants will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and delivering the prize, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• By entering, participants consent to Little Fish using their Instagram username for announcement purposes.

Liability

• Little Fish is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram
