Ever wanted to learn how to make sushi? Let Michelin-trained, multi-award-winning chef, Neil Witney, teach you at this group masterclass on March 12th, 2026. Neil, Little Fish Co-Founder and Head Chef, has launched and run some of the UK's top pan-Asian restaurants.

You will learn about the origins of sushi, rice and fish preparation before Neil will demonstrate the art of sushi making. You will then make your own, under Neil's watchful eye before getting to enjoy your delicious creations.

This is a group masterclass and will last approximately two hours. All food and required equipment is provided, as well as a welcome drink.
